As a Sales Negotiator with Property Personnel, you will be working in a market-leading independent estate agency based in Addlestone. Our client offers a dynamic and supportive environment, with plenty of scope for career progression and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards
  • Generate viewings and offers
  • Negotiate offers to agreed deals
  • Achieve personal and individual activity targets
  • Generate listing opportunities
  • Collate own and daily, weekly and monthly figures to highlight performance
  • Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan
  • Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience within residential sales
  • Ability to show resilience and make the most of any opportunity
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Target driven and focused
  • Competitor knowledge
  • IT literate
  • Proactive
  • A full UK driving licence

The salary package includes a basic of c. £21,000 dependent on experience and on targets earnings in the region of £35,000. Benefits include a car allowance, 5.6 weeks holiday (including bank and public holidays), pension scheme and a company mobile phone, and more.
