Position Overview

The primary duties of a Senior Consultant involve managing and excelling in the responsibilities assigned within projects, including configuration, solution design within their specific modules, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients and team members, mentoring junior colleagues in their technical expertise of SuccessFactors, and assisting in sales initiatives such as demonstrations and effort estimations.

As a seasoned consultant, you will be equipped to address HMC tickets relevant to the modules for which you hold certification. In implementation projects, a Senior Consultant will engage in client workshops in a supportive capacity and will be prepared to lead workshops for smaller clients and projects when necessary.

Role Scope

With a strong functional and technical foundation, senior consultants will be available to provide guidance to our clients regarding SuccessFactors design. You will be a hands-on application expert, responsible for preparing and reviewing project deliverables. Your experience will enable you to implement best practices tailored to the client’s needs and culture, in collaboration with experts. Participate in design workshops with clients and effectively share knowledge and resources with junior staff while offering functional and technical training to clients, administrators, and colleagues.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or a related field is required.
