Job Summary

AG Consultancy & Apps Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal SAP PM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our SAP consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP PM solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage workshops with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of multiple projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to clients' operations.
  • Manage a team of junior consultants, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including assessments, blueprinting, system build, testing, and go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored SAP PM solutions.
  • Design and build ABAP solutions, working closely with functional consultants to ensure seamless integration.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery, providing regular status updates and acting as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of SAP experience in consulting.
  • Minimum 8+ years of Plant Maintenance domain experience.
  • Minimum 6 E2E SAP PM implementation experience, including requirement analysis, blueprinting, system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Minimum 6-8 SAP PM support project experience.
  • Working experience in support tools and maintaining customer SLA.
  • SAP PM system monitoring for any abnormality or early warning.
  • Ability to provide daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Oil & Gas and Automobile sectors.
  • Exposure to Winshuttle, Prometheus, and RPA.
  • Experience in SAP PS (Project System).
