Position Overview:
In the role of Organisational Development and Learning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within our Workforce & Brand team. Reporting directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer, your responsibilities will encompass the coordination, planning, and administration of various initiatives related to people development across the Learning & Organisational Development and HR teams. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of our people initiatives, all while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse range of learning and organisational development activities and projects.
- Administer and maintain our learning and wellbeing platforms, including generating reports, uploading and assigning training modules, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate corporate induction processes, training administration, and performance management reporting.
- Support the implementation of the Health and Wellbeing strategy in collaboration with the HR team.
- Assist in the organization of external training courses, including cost research and logistical management.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, such as managing room bookings, coordinating refreshments, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with the broader HR team and Recruitment Business Partner on various projects.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in an administrative or coordination capacity, preferably within a similar context. Your ability to take initiative, address challenges, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset will be critical to your success in this position. Strong technical proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, is essential, and familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) would be advantageous.
