Regional Account Executive

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in the East Midlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing distribution of our products in the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the fitness industry, including gym owners and managers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase distribution and sales of Red Bull products.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team, to execute regional activations and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
- Proven sales experience in the fitness industry, with a strong understanding of the market and its trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales growth.
- Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
