We are currently seeking a dedicated Youth Support Facilitator to join our Pupil Referral Unit at the Wythenshawe Campus. This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week) that operates during term time only.

In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the educational experience of learners under the age of 16. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of the curriculum and providing pastoral care to students. You will work collaboratively with the Manchester Secondary Pupil Referral Unit to help students overcome emotional and behavioral challenges that may hinder their learning.

Key Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in Youth and Community Work or an equivalent credential.
  • Proven experience in a youth-focused environment.
  • Extensive background working with school-age students in alternative educational settings.
  • Desirable: Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English or equivalent.
