Key Responsibilities:
The Automotive Service Consultant will be responsible for:
- Overseeing service appointments and ensuring optimal workshop efficiency
- Providing accurate and timely service estimates
- Keeping clients informed about service costs, progress, and necessary approvals
- Preparing job documentation and processing invoices
Working Hours: Alternating weeks with shifts from 6am to 3pm or 9:30am to 6:30pm, including one Saturday morning shift every four weeks.
