Theatre Specialist Practitioner | Spire Healthcare | Flexible Bank Role | Competitive Compensation

Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Theatre Specialist Practitioner to become a part of our collaborative operating theatre team on a flexible bank basis. You will have the opportunity to work alongside esteemed consultants from various regions, gaining exposure to cutting-edge, evidence-based clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing and monitoring patients' health and well-being within a dynamic and complex caseload Assisting in delivering high-quality care tailored to patients' needs in a fast-paced environment Preparing recovery areas and providing post-operative care to patients Communicating complex, sensitive, or challenging information effectively Advocating for best practices and contributing to ongoing quality enhancement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must hold a valid NMC / HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions A minimum of 2 years of experience as an ODP is required A proactive, enthusiastic team player who can work independently ALS and Airway Maintenance certifications are advantageous, though training opportunities are available
