Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and experience through the Homebase customer journey, meeting personal targets and supporting showroom targets.
  • Support showroom advisors and other team members by providing observational coaching and recognizing their performance when appropriate.
  • Find inspirational solutions for customers' projects, providing a comprehensive service from initial consultation to aftercare.
  • Promote all Homebase services, including finance and installation, and follow processes to minimize remedial costs.
  • Support the store manager in delivering effective communications to engage the showroom team and keep them up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Be aware of the external sales environment and conduct competitor visits to inform Homebase performance.
  • Ensure showroom standards are maintained, including the implementation of promotions.
  • Ensure all customer journey data is recorded on the CRM system in line with company requirements and GDPR guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales-targeted environment.
  • Experience in a customer experience environment.
  • Experience using CAD to design for a third party.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Self-motivation.
