HW Interim Solutions is partnering with a client to engage an Interim Head of Reward where you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the business' reward strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive reward strategy that supports the company's goals and enhances employee engagement.
- Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure reward packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Create and maintain reward policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to provide expert advice on reward-related matters and address any emerging issues.
- Effectively communicate reward strategies and changes to employees, ensuring clarity and understanding across the organisation.
- Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs and make informed recommendations for improvements.
- Extensive experience in a senior reward or compensation role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing reward strategies.
- Ability to think strategically and align reward initiatives with organisational goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
This is a hybrid working arrangement, with a base in Yorkshire.
The role will be delivered on a day rate up to £800pd.
