About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Reward and Share Schemes Director. As a key member of our Tax team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and assisting with the development of targets to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership
  • Develop and implement effective share scheme strategies to meet client needs
  • Provide expertise on EMI, ESS, and other reward tax areas
  • Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality client service
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax and reward schemes
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
