Share Scheme Tax Manager

Join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment Limited and take on a challenging role as a Share Scheme Tax Manager. As a key member of our Incentives & Reward team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating share and cash incentive arrangements for listed and private companies in the UK and overseas.
Your Role- Advise on commercial and practical issues related to the structure and design of employee equity and cash incentive plans.
- Support companies with the implementation of equity and cash incentive plans in the UK and globally.
- Assess the tax and legal implications of incentive plans worldwide, for both employers and employees.
- Develop strategies for the tax compliant and efficient delivery of incentives.
- Draft share plan and related employee communication documents.
- Prepare technical updates for clients and contacts on changes to tax and legal treatment of incentives.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met and deliver high-quality work.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation in this field.
