About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Assessment and Innovation. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our assessment products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic direction of our assessment processes, including the development of digital exams and adaptation to curriculum and general qualification reforms.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous growth, ensuring our assessments are cutting-edge, fair, and accessible.
  • Empower and develop teams, cultivating an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages collaboration, development, and excellence.
  • Guide data-informed insights, applying expertise in interpreting complex data to resolve ambiguous issues and communicate clear, actionable insights to diverse audiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure our assessments set the standard for educational excellence.
  • Lead organisational change, steering the organisation through significant changes in the educational landscape with empathy and foresight.
