Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and control of inventory, investigating and resolving purchase order discrepancies, and contributing to continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce stock accuracy and control through annual stock checks and perpetual stock checks.
  • Investigate and rectify purchase order discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to stores continuous improvement activities to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
  • Carry out asset transfers, including electronic removal and installation of rotating assets, using CORMAP MMS to ensure correct location and accurate production records.
  • Populate serial numbers for missing rotating assets, both removed and installed.
  • Verify that production recording sheets are complete and all new rotating assets have been issued against the relevant CORMAP Work Order.
  • Report any configuration discrepancies highlighted by the BDI status to the Production Supervisor, using drill-down and interpreter tools to identify the issue.
  • Highlight missing fields within CORMAP Work Order to the Production Supervisor, including missing times, tools, and failure codes, and run system reports to extract data.
  • Assist with all other CORMAP MMS administration tasks as required by the Bogie Service Centre.

Preferred Skills:

  • Administration background with general office skills and good organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a factory environment.
  • IT competent with experience in SAP (desirable).
