About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Radis Community Care, a leading provider of community-based social care and support. As a HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on a range of HR-related issues, including employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Manage formal and informal employee relations cases, providing advice, guidance, and coaching to managers.
- Issue staff contracts and ensure compliance with company processes from pre-employment checks to employee life cycle.
- Work with the team on TUPE transfers and ensure all relevant employee data is recorded on Radis' systems.
- Process changes to terms and conditions, notifying employees and relevant departments, and ensuring records are updated.
- Support the implementation of the new HR and Payroll system.
Requirements
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and conscientious individual with at least 2 years of experience working in a busy HR department in a similar role. A minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent is required, along with an understanding of HR processes and up-to-date knowledge of current UK employment law. Experience of providing HR advice within the care sector is desirable but not essential.
