About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Security Controller to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our security operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the protection of our people, assets, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert security advice and support to our service, projects, and programmes.
  • Manage day-to-day team activities, acting as line manager and setting a positive example.
  • Deliver security advice to employees, line managers, and external agencies, liaising with external agencies and other Security Controllers.
  • Manage time and priorities effectively, collaborating with line manager.
  • Regularly review achievements against objectives and participate in change initiatives.
  • Incident Investigations
  • Comply with SHE policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Licence
  • Provide 5 years checkable work history
  • Pass DV Clearance
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent decision making
  • Min 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in personal security, physical security, and IT security
  • Effective communication skills. both written and verbal
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills
