About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our Parking Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our project managers, ensuring the smooth delivery of parking projects and initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to project managers, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and other activities related to parking projects
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of parking policies and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
