We are seeking a compassionate KS1 teaching assistant to support individuals in accessing bespoke learning programmes based on their developmental ages and abilities in KS2.
About the Role:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Level 2 qualification or above in supporting children in learning required
- Pay rate: £12.90-£13.50 per hour
- Role to start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide learning support for pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Experience of supporting pupils in KS2 required
- CACHE level 2 or equivalent required
Requirements:
- Ability to seek advice and assistance to meet students' needs
- Provide feedback to pupils and teachers on pupil's achievement, progress, and any problems that arise
- Ability to respond calmly and constructively when dealing with students with SEN
