Production Planning Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Engineer to join our team at [Company]. As a key member of our Production Planning department, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Planning: Develop and implement robust production plans for maintenance inputs, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Work Package Management: Build and manage work packages in AMOS, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and readily available.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for production planning, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Man Hour and Hangar Bay Planning: Create accurate plans for review by management and QA, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Internal and External Audits: Represent the Production Planning department during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and adherence to procedures.
- Department Objectives: Take ownership of department objectives and goals, working closely with the Lead Production Planning Engineer to drive success.
- Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance planning environment, with a strong understanding of production planning principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using the AMOS system, with a strong understanding of aircraft engineering principles.
- Education: Aircraft Engineering Degree or equivalent, with a strong understanding of production planning and maintenance principles.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
