We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our supply chain team at Advanced Resource Managers Limited. Key Responsibilities
  • Demand/Forecast System Management: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, ensuring alignment with commercial assumptions and supply chain requirements.
  • Exceptional Demand Event Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional calendars, new product launches, and seasonal demand events.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Provide in-depth analysis and reporting of medium- and long-term forecast changes, identifying potential business impacts and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Material Planning and Procurement: Translate demand planning data into material planning data, ensuring accurate procurement and manufacturing planning.
  • Supply Chain Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with D2C fulfillment providers, ensuring seamless material planning and performance.
  • International Import/Export and Logistics: Collaborate with finance and technical teams to ensure compliance with international import/export procedures and associated transportation requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, factory scheduling, material planning, and stock control.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning processes, procedures, and measures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects.
  • 5 years of experience in FMCG food manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and distribution environments.
