Requirements
  • Paid experience in care is preferred, but not essential as full training is available
  • Must live locally and be able to commit to the rota and shift patterns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Caring, resilient, and committed to providing high-quality care
  • A driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential, with business insurance required
  • Good professional and personal references
