Compliance Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Administrator to join our team in Derby. This role involves scheduling and managing Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Plan and coordinate PAT testing schedules with Sub-Contractors and liaise with Facilities Managers for approval.
  2. Upload completed documentation to various portals and sharepoints.
  3. Liaise with Sub-Contractors to ensure regular catch-ups and resolve any issues that arise.
  4. Accurately record PAT testing information and monitor service levels to keep customers informed.
  5. Develop and maintain a good understanding of the JLL Corrigo application and perform amendments to planned maintenance schedules and asset data.
  6. Raise Work Orders on the Corrigo system and assist the Asset Manager with asset verification and documentation.
  7. Assist the Compliance Supervisor with reviewing and progressing engineering defects and assist the Capital Planning Manager with administration tasks.
  8. Review remedial actions following audits and inspections and update SharePoint and various portals as required.
  9. Request purchase orders and maintain electronic filing locations.
Requirements
  1. Experience in a work order/scheduling/mobile resource planning/FM environment is advantageous.
  2. Knowledge of CAFM systems and PPM scheduling is an advantage.
  3. Excellent communication skills and ability to understand and act on instructions.
  4. Computer literate in Word and Excel as a minimum.
  5. Experience in a customer service environment and ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
