Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering Vercity's Compliance Monitoring regime, ensuring statutory and contractual compliance. The successful candidate will undertake real-time monitoring, evidence reviews, and site-based reviews to identify and escalate non-compliance areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct desktop evidence reviews and site-based reviews to ensure compliance.
  • Escalate non-compliance areas and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to clarify inconclusive evidence and identify trends of non-compliance.
  • Produce performance reports detailing monitoring outputs for inclusion in board reports.
Person Specification
  • Knowledge of FM statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Some demonstrable knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of quality, environmental, and health and safety standards.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and presentational skills.
