Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex. We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in a full-time capacity, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £23,177 per annum plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of service and design personalized support plans for residents.
  • Provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community.
  • Participate in activities such as music concerts, football games, fun fairs, meals out, and holidays.
  • Work on a rota basis, including some sleep-in shifts and every other weekend.
