- Main Responsibilities

- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to understand the student's needs.
- Implementing and adapting educational plans to support the student's learning.
- Providing one-on-one assistance during lessons and classroom activities.

- Requirements
We are looking for an individual with:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially in providing 1:1 support to students with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting individual student success.
