Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Talent Management. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and external stakeholders to identify and attract top talent.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Manage and deliver the company's award-winning Industrial Cadets scheme and other work experience programs.
- Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for apprentices, graduates, and interns.
- Review and analyze talent data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of top talent.
- Represent the company at various networking events and conferences to promote the organization's brand and attract top talent.
- Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budget management and financial planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
