Talent Acquisition and Marketing Manager

Flow Control Engineering is a rapidly expanding recruitment consultancy providing headhunting services globally to the engineering and technical sales sectors.

We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition and Marketing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a group-wide marketing strategy to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong company brand, promoting a positive and rewarding work culture.
  • Produce and distribute high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, job adverts, and candidate attraction documents.
  • Manage CRM systems and provide financial reporting and liaison with accountants.
  • Ensure best practice governance and provide managerial assistance.
  • Liaise with suppliers in the UK, Germany, Belgium, and Netherlands, with some international travel required.
  • European language skills, such as Dutch and German, are beneficial but not required.
