Job Role Overview
- Provide personalized employment support to service users, empowering them to achieve their career goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community organizations to develop effective support strategies.
- Engage with employers to establish partnerships and create job opportunities for our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify service users' employment needs and goals.
- Develop and implement tailored employment plans to support service users in achieving their career aspirations.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to secure job placements and provide ongoing support to service users in their new roles.
