Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our IPS Into Work team as an Employment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health and/or substance misuse issues to achieve their employment goals.

The Role

As an Employment Specialist, you will work closely with service users to provide a personalized employment service, supporting them to achieve their dreams. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage employers to develop partnerships, and promote and encourage referrals. This is an opportunity to make a lasting positive impact on the lives of others.

The Service

Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based employment support model that helps individuals with a background in mental health and/or substance misuse work towards their employment goals through personalized support that aligns with their wellbeing. Our team has a proven track record of success, with service users achieving their employment goals and transforming their lives.
