Key Responsibilities of the Spa Therapist Role
- Deliver a diverse range of premium spa treatments, such as massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapeutic services, customized to align with guests' individual needs and preferences.
- Advise on tailored treatments and products to enhance the overall wellness experience, while also promoting retail opportunities.
- Ensure a personalized and attentive service throughout the guest's spa experience, from the initial consultation to aftercare, prioritizing their comfort and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in the spa industry through continuous training and education, integrating new skills into treatment offerings.
- Uphold rigorous health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring that all spa practices comply with regulatory requirements and maintain exceptional cleanliness.
About You
Candidates should possess proven experience in a similar capacity, with a comprehensive understanding of various spa techniques and guest preferences. Knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential. The following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Level 3 Diploma in Facial, Body Treatments & Body Massage - (ITEC/NVQ/CIBTAC/CITY & GUILDS)
- Level 3 Diploma in Facial Electrical Treatments - (ITEC/NVQ/CIBTAC/CITY & GUILDS)
- Level 3 Diploma in Body Electrical Treatments - (ITEC/NVQ/CIBTAC/CITY & GUILDS)
