This position plays a vital role in facilitating the company’s expansion while upholding the highest standards of excellence in our distinguished developments.


Key Responsibilities:


Deliver technical expertise and direction to project teams regarding all facets of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring adherence to applicable building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.


Perform comprehensive evaluations of MEP systems, pinpointing potential challenges and recommending effective solutions to enhance system performance, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.


Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of MEP systems within the overall design and construction framework.


Examine and endorse MEP design documents, specifications, and drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and the company’s high standards.

Engage in value engineering initiatives to uncover cost-saving opportunities without compromising system performance or quality.

Provide technical assistance during the construction phase, resolving issues and ensuring MEP systems are installed and commissioned according to specifications.

Conduct site inspections and quality assurance evaluations to confirm compliance with MEP standards and project specifications.


Remain informed about the latest MEP technologies, trends, and industry best practices, recommending suitable solutions for implementation in our projects.

Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth within the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.


A minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP technical services, with a proven history in luxury residential or commercial projects.

Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and building automation systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify and address complex technical challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and modeling software.

Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards, such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and LEED.

Strong project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.

Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
