Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the effective commissioning and demonstration of specialized equipment, building services, and control systems essential for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on safety protocols for commissioning tasks.
  • Oversee and manage commissioning work packages within complex infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarize yourself with site commissioning protocols.
  • Support the development and execution of the overall project commissioning strategy.
  • Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of testing documentation with the supply chain.
  • Plan and organize commissioning tests in collaboration with the supply chain.
  • Integrate testing requirements into the project timeline.

Additionally, you will:

  • Assist in crafting a detailed construction schedule to facilitate the phased release of work for commissioning activities.
  • Report on the status of prerequisites for commissioning tasks and the commissioning activities conducted by suppliers.
  • Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing.
  • Manage the resolution of test failures and produce reports on lessons learned.

Ensure that supply chain commissioning efforts are synchronized with other commissioning activities and ongoing installation work.
Implement stakeholder engagement plans for commissioning and ensure consistent application of safety procedures during testing and commissioning across all assigned work packages.

Prepare and deliver regular updates on commissioning progress, manage adjustments to commissioning schedules, resources, and forecasts, and lead commissioning reviews with stakeholders, including design and change reviews.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in commissioning management across various projects.
  • A proven history of delivering complex projects across multiple sectors.
  • Strong skills in building client and stakeholder relationships.
  • In-depth understanding and application of commissioning methodologies.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a larger team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Essential soft skills include leadership, adaptability, self-motivation, effective listening, persuasion, creativity, a collaborative approach, and insightfulness. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is also required.
