Midwife Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Midwife to join our Community Midwifery team at Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Midwife, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women and their families in the community setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive midwifery care to women and their babies, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with women, their families, and other healthcare providers to promote health and well-being.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of each woman and her family.
- Contribute to the education and training of students, junior staff, and other healthcare professionals to promote best practice and improve patient care.

Requirements- Registered Midwife with the NMC.
- Experience in community midwifery or a related field.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
