Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Drax. As a key member of our Trading and Generation teams, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of consistent advice, guidance, and training in relation to wholesale energy.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting our Trading and Generation teams in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Providing guidance and training to colleagues on wholesale energy compliance
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Conducting investigations and analyzing complex data to develop recommendations
- Education to degree level with a strong understanding of wholesale physical and financial markets and energy market regulatory framework
- Significant experience working in a compliance team, preferably in the energy or financial services industries
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
