Customer Service Representative

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client relationships through regular communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate customer care appointments, maximizing retention performance and growth potential.
  • Utilize SFDC and other company-defined IT systems to effectively manage customer query resolution cases, pipelines, and sales activity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet robust targets, focusing on customer care and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the washroom or consumable industry markets is desirable.
