Job Opportunity

At Walker Lovell, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communication Manager to join our expanding team in a Global Nutrition company. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans to engage and support independent sales staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and content teams, to align communication strategies and achieve key objectives.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of reactive communications to independent sales staff.
  • Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency in all communications with independent sales staff.
  • Continuously review feedback from peers, colleagues, and local market teams to identify opportunities for improving communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience: Experience with internal communications technology, utilizing multiple platforms, including digital applications.
  • Project Work: Experience supporting projects and delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Industry: Experience working in the European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector
  • Soft Skills: Creative, Detailed, Meticulous, Resilient, Humble, Fast-paced, Proactive
  • Flexibility: Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends where required
