About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join IWS M&E, a leading company in the utilities sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects, from tendering stage through to delivery. Your expertise will be essential in managing projects, contracts, scheduling, cost control, resourcing, procurement, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver M&E projects with our key client Frameworks up to £6M
• Collaborate with the Project, Commercial, Design & Operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations
• Plan resource effectively and ensure internal processes are followed, including monthly programme & forecast updates
• Follow tender processes and supplier evaluations
• Proactively manage health & safety, site inspection targets, and liaison with clients and suppliers
• Review subcontractor approvals and performance

Requirements:

• Hold relevant qualifications and demonstrate a sound understanding of relevant legislation, CDM regulations, and NEC contracts
• Possess experience and a technical understanding of the M&E requirements in the water industry
• Be well-organized, have excellent customer skills, and be IT literate in MS Office packages, including MS Project
• Exhibit excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Hold a full driving license and be willing to work away from the office as required
