Private Equity Investment Manager

Bridges Fund Management Ltd. is in search of a Private Equity Investment Manager to oversee the execution of transactions and the management of our investment portfolio within the Evergreen Private Equity strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day transaction execution and portfolio oversight.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with various stakeholders involved in the investment process.
- Collaborate effectively with our in-house impact management team to enhance the social impact of our portfolio.
- Demonstrate strong strategic and commercial acumen to inform investment decisions.
- Exhibit intellectual rigor through meticulous attention to detail, advanced financial analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in private equity investment or advisory roles, with a track record of both successful and challenging investments.
- An accountancy qualification is preferred, along with experience in transactional services or corporate finance advisory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary aligned with the level of the role.
