  • Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards to prevent accidents and injuries.

Customer Service:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and requests.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues by being attentive to their needs and concerns.
  • Main point of contact for customer requests and enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist with answering all telephone enquiries, room bookings, and setup.
  • Support the onsite Management team with high-profile events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment by being proactive and responsive to the needs of the team.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and share feedback and insights to improve processes and procedures.
  • Provide support to the Workplace Experience team as required and for periods of annual leave.
  • Register all customers and visitors to site in accordance with security policies and procedures.
  • Meet and greet customers and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, promoting a positive workplace experience and informing relevant parties of their arrival.
  • Assist visitors in the waiting area and ensure they are communicated with regularly.

Hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (with unpaid breaks). £12.70 per hour.
