About the Role:
The Journal of Music is seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant Executive to join our team. As an Ensembles Manager (Business Advisor), you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our ensembles, including scheduling, budget management, and contracting freelance artists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of our ensembles, including scheduling and budget management
- Contract and manage freelance artists
- Develop and implement strategies to improve ensemble performance and productivity
- Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of vocal production and choral genres
- Exceptional people management skills
- Strong administrative abilities and IT proficiency
- Experience with budgeting and contracting
- Flexibility in working patterns and resilience under pressure
