- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and construction codes and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Experience as an estimator within the structural steel and fabrication industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality estimates.
- Knowledge of steel fabrication processes, installation techniques, and best practices.
