Job Title: Marketing & Events Organiser (Permanent)
Job Description:
Blank Space Recruitment is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team at a large-scale events venue. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality events in a dedicated events space, working closely with the Senior Event Managers and Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with various departments, including catering, AV, security, and entertainment, to ensure a smooth event experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Lead mid-to-large-sized conferences, awards, and exhibition projects, working closely with the events team to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in events and hospitality, preferably in a venue or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of conference and banqueting operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
