About the Role

As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
