About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Services Specialist to join our team at Ricoh. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient Print Room service to our customers, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Print Room services to meet customer expectations and SLAs.
- Identify and resolve operational problems quickly and efficiently to ensure the best levels of customer service are delivered.
- Build strong relationships with customers and manage their perception and expectations.
- Ensure all work carried out is of the highest quality, meeting customer confidentiality, deadlines, SLAs, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Follow and adhere to all Ricoh UK policies and procedures, including Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure the site is compliant with the Ricoh Service Excellence methodology.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a print room environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, proactive, and open-minded environment.
- Flexibility and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
