Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Services Specialist to join our team at Ricoh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient Print Room service to our customers, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving operational problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with users and manage their perception and expectations.
  • Ensure all work carried out meets the highest quality standards, adhering to customer confidentiality, deadlines, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Follow and adhere to all Ricoh UK policies and procedures, including EHS procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure the site is compliant with the Ricoh Service Excellence methodology.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a print room environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, proactive, and open-minded environment.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
