Nurse Practitioner Position at Lakenham Surgery

About the Role
Lakenham Surgery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with a range of health conditions.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of patients with long-term conditions.
- Contribute to the development of the practice and nursing team.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner qualification (including MSc).
- Independent & Supplementary Prescriber qualifications.
- Registration with NHSBSA as a Prescriber.
- Eligibility to work as a Nurse in the UK and with UK current work permit if required.
- English language skills sufficient to enable positive and effective verbal and written communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues.
