Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging among residents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
  • Ability to demonstrate our shared values of positivity, innovation, friendliness, empowerment, and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and two satisfactory references.
