About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Glassmoon Services. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide a team of colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support services.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and maximize opportunities for individuals.
  • Supervise and support colleagues to ensure they meet the needs of individuals, adhering to best practices and legislative requirements.
  • Act as a role model, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes equality.
