We are seeking a highly skilled Design and Production Specialist to join our team at FASTSIGNS Leicester North. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and production of a variety of signage products, creating and amending artwork using the Adobe Creative Cloud, and producing high-quality signage.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Artwork Creation: Utilize the Adobe Creative Cloud to create and amend customers' artwork, ensuring high-quality designs that meet our standards.
  • Print Preparation: Load print-ready artwork into the RIP software, ready for printing, ensuring seamless production processes.
  • Sign Production: Produce finished signs from a variety of materials, meeting customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate large-format printers and plotters, ensuring efficient and effective production.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Software, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and prioritizing workflow skills, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Large Format Print Experience: Experience in large format print, vinyl application, and weeding.
