About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer to join our team at Folkestone & Hythe District Council. As a key member of our Environmental Health team, you will play a vital role in protecting and enhancing public health and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver statutory food safety and health and safety in the workplace functions
  • Organise and prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality services
  • Work collaboratively with the Environmental Health team to achieve our goals and make a positive impact on our community
Requirements
  • Registration to the Environmental Health Registration Board (EHRB)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility, initiative, and drive to contribute to the success of our team and the council
